Destination: YANGON – SITTWE – MRAUK U – MRAUK U CHIN VILLAGE – YANGON
DAY-01: YANGON ARRIVAL AND SIGHTSEEING
Upon arrival at Yangon, you will meet by our tour guide and transfer to the hotel. After check in at the hotel, visit the colorful Bogyoke market and Shwedagon Pagoda; one of the wonders of the wold. Overnight in Yangon.
DAY-02: YANGON – SITTWE SIGHTSEEING
Enjoy the Breakfast at the hotel. Morning, take a leisure at your hotel till to the flight time of Sittwe. In the afternoon, transfer to Airport for domestic flight to SITTWE, the capital and main port of RAKHINE (Arakan) State.
Upon arrival to Sittwe, transfer to your hotel. Then, you will visit Rakhine State Cultural Museum (closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and public holidays), an extensive collection of displays and exhibitions explaining the culture and history of Rakhine people. Evening stroll along the strand road and enjoy the sunset time at View Point. Night stay at Shwe Thazin Hotel.
DAY-03: SITTWE – MRAUK U SIGHTSEEING
Morning breakfast at the hotel. Before taking the boat trip to Mrauk-U, visit Sittwe Fish Market to observe not only how to sell the fresh fish but also the rural river life of fish mongers. Then transfer to jetty for a boat trip to Mrauk U; an ancient capital of RakhineState (72 km, about 4/5 hours). Enjoy the natural scenery and rural river life. Enjoy the lunch on the boat.
Arrival in Mrauk Oo, transfer and check in at the hotel. After take a rest, visit Shitthaung Temple mainly built of stone, Andaw Thein Temple, Ratanabon Stupa and Htauk-kan-thein Temple (Ordination Hall), dating back to 15th and 16th centuries. Take sunset time at Harre Taung Hill by observing the panoramic view.
DAY-04: MRAUK U CHIN VILLAGE SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, overland to Ramung Bridge Jetty (01:15 hours) and then take a boat trip to Phontha Chaung River to visit Chin tribal villages to discover Chin Tribe with different form of vanishing tattoo on their faces and studying their ways of life in the villages as Khwa Sone village, Zaydiyan village which are taken about 15 minutes boat rides between one to another village. After proceed to Kyay Ma village which takes about 30 minutes by boat. Drive back to Hotel. Balance on time; visit some of the interesting temples which you haven't visited.
DAY-05: MRAUK U- SITTWE - YANGON
After an early breakfast, board chartered local boat (5-6 hours) at around 06:00 to travel from Mrauk U to Sittwe. Along the way, you will have an opportunity to enjoy the riverine lifestyle of local people in Rakhine State.
Upon arrival in Sittwe, stop for lunch at a local restaurant (own account) before transferring to Sittwe Airport for your flight to Yangon.Arrive in Yangon in the evening and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Our service will be end in here.
