DAY-01: YANGON ARRIVAL AND SIGHTSEEING
Upon arrival at Yangon, you will meet by our tour guide and transfer to the hotel.After check in at the hotel, visit the colorful Bogyoke market and Shwedagon Pagoda; one of the wonders of the wold. Overnight in Yangon.
DAY-02: YANGON – MAWLAMYAING
Today, overland trip to Mawlamyaing (Moulmein);190 miles southeast of Yangon. Mawlamyaing is famous as a second busiest seaport because it is lies on the mouth of ThanlwinRiver. Throughout the road, you'll be enjoying in beautiful countryside area with rubber and seasonal fruits plantations and pagodas over the mountain ranges.
You will be reach to Mawlamyaing in the afternoon. Check in at your hotel and take a stroll along the Thanlwin River’s bank to enjoy the seeing old colonial buildings. Overnight at Mawlamyine.
DAY-03: MAWLAMYAING SIGHTSEEING
Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Morning visit to bustling Local Zegyi Market; specialized in dry goods and a lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. Then, driving about 20 Km away from Mawlamyaing to Win Sein Taw Ya Reclining Buddha Image in Mudon to explore the world's largest reclining Buddha Image. After visited, return back to Mawlamyaing. On the way, stop at Kyaukdalone, a Buddhist stupa and a Hindu temple facing each other.
Arrival to Mawlamyaing, continue sightseeing to Seindon Mibaya Kyaung, a monastery where King Mindon’s Queen sought refuge. Enjoy the sunset time at Kyaikthalan Pagoda; known as the Kipling Pagoda; the city's tallest and most visible Pagoda. Night stay at Mawlamyaing.
DAY-04: MAWLAMYAING – HPA-AN
After breakfast, a scenic drive to Hpa-An; the Kayin State’s quaint capital. During the journey, you'll stop at the Buddha-filled cave of Kha Yon and KadoeKawnat villagewhere you can visit Kawnat Monastery. This magnificent monastery with beautiful woodcarvings was built by a villager named U Nar Ouat in a century ago. Upon reaching Hpa-An, visit KyaukKalat Pagoda a small rock hill shaped like a wine glass, and Lombumni Garden at the base of Mt. Zawekabin, which houses 1,000 Buddha images.
Continue with a short walk to the waterfalls where you will enjoy the lunch at a local restaurant.Then, resume sightseeing to Kaw Gun Cave; decorated with 7th century artwork and BayinNyi lime stone cave where hot and cold spring are exist. Tonight, you’ll see a second magical sunset, this time over Shweyinmyaw Pagoda.
DAY-05: HPA-AN GOLDNE ROCK
After happy breakfast, continue trip to Kyaikhtiyo, from the base camp (Kinpun–Sakan), car ride up to Rathedaung and then walk up to the pagoda. The Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda (7.4 metres high) is built on the huge steep rock overlooking the panoramic view of the Sittaung river valley, green forests and beautiful mountain ranges etc- Sunset at the summit of the pagoda. Overnight in Kyaikhto.
DAY-06: GOLDEN ROCK – BAGO – YANGON
After breakfast, leave your hotel to take a downhill ride by special open truck to the base camp where your private car is awaiting for you. Drive back to Yangon via Bago. Make a short visit of Bago town tour including local market; Shwetharlyaung, 55 meters long reclining Buddha Image and Shwemawdaw Pagoda, its spire is even taller than the great Shwedagon Pagoda. Return to Yangon through rural landscape of rice fields and small villages. Overnight at the hotel in Yangon.
DAY-07: YANGON DEPARTURE
Morning breakfast at the Hotel. Then , transfer to Yangon Int’l Airport for your forward flight.
